Terms and Conditions – 788 When Platform Rules

By accessing the 788 When platform, registering an account, or placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawal requests will not be processed if there are active bonus wagering requirements outstanding on your account unless you choose to forfeit the bonus balance first.

• Bonuses are credited in PKR and form part of your bonus balance, separate from your real-money balance, until wagering requirements are met.

• 788 When reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error or pricing mistake. In such cases, stakes are returned in full.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to connection speed and market availability at the time of placement. 788 When accepts no liability for bets not registered due to connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Maximum winnings per single bet and per day are subject to limits that vary by sport and market. These limits are displayed in the platform rules section for each sport.

Any bet placed using information that was not publicly available at the time of placement — including but not limited to insider information about team selections, pitch conditions, or match results — will be voided and the account reviewed.

788 When reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Detection of duplicate accounts held by the same individual.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• A player's own request to self-exclude or close their account.
• Extended account inactivity — accounts with no login or wagering activity for a sustained period may be closed after notice is provided to the registered email address.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of terms, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method after completion of standard checks. Bonus balances are not returned upon closure.
